Easy Beef Fried Rice

My easy beef fried rice comes together quickly once you have everything ready and prepared.  The preparation takes less than 20 minutes and the cooking time takes no more than 10 minutes.  My fried rice recipe comes together within 30 minutes.  I specifically created my beef fried rice as a step by step recipe for beginners.  Cooking does not have to be intimidating or difficult.  It should be creative and experimental.  I create my recipes so anyone can approach cooking with familiarity and authority in a kitchen.  My recipe is easily adaptable and can be adjusted to your liking.  Enjoy!


Easy Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1½ TBS oyster sauce
  • 3 TBS coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • 3 TBS cooking oil, divided
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 spring green onions
  • ⅛ tsp Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice green onions and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs.
  3. Heat pain with 1 TBS of cooking oil and scramble eggs.
  4. Move cooked scramble eggs from pan into a bowl and set aside.
  5. Cook ground beef in a pan with ¼ tsp salt and move the fully cooked beef into a bowl and set aside.
  6. Add 2 TBS of cooking oil in a pan and heat up the rice.
  7. Mix rice until it loosens the clumps.
  8. Add in oyster sauce and coconut amino sauce into the rice.
  9. Mix the sauce and rice.
  10. Add in the cooked ground beef and mix into the pan.
  11. Add in the cooked scrambled eggs into the pan and mix.
  12. Add the remaining ¼ tsp of salt and taste if you need to add in more salt.
  13. Add in black pepper and mix.
  14. Add in the sliced green onions and serve.
